Mary has been a group fitness instructor and registered nurse for over 25 years and has been teaching indoor cycling for more than 20 years. Mary's classes are fun and challenging. Her two favorite classes to teach are Tabata Training and Spin.
Join her for Tabata Training classes and you will get a fun full-body workout. Tabata training is a popular form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It is a total body workout. Each 60min class has about 8-10 circuits. Each circuit consists of eight rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-rest interval pattern of different cardio and/or strength training exercises. In between each circuit is 1-2 min rest.
