Pat is a Registered Nurse, A Fitness Instructor. She is also an avid runner – 13 marathons completed as well as volunteering in several local fitness groups. Group Fitness Instructor at Gold's Gym in Milford MA with several classes including Spinning, Soul Body Barre, Les Mills Body Flow, Tabata and Yoga.
